What is the turnaround time?
Most materials are required at least three days before the service. Allow an additional day for booklets.
Do you offer black and white programs?
No, everything is color.
What is the least number of programs I can order?
The minimum order is 50 except for booklets (100).
What are your printing increments?
We print in increments of 50 (i.e. 50, 100, 150, etc.)
What payments do you accept?
Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Cash. Please call 773.677.4491 for further information.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Credit cards are not accepted in order to avoid customers paying additional service fees for transactions.
What paper type stock do you use?
We use 28lb, 32lb weight paper, and 65lb and 80 lb card stock (additional cost). This keeps prices low.
Do you deliver?
We can, but there is a delivery fee of $5 per mile ($3 under a mile). Example: 2.5-mile delivery charge is $13. Delivery up to 20 miles.
Do you ship?
Yes, at cost of shipping + additional $5 which must be paid prior to shipping via Zelle or Cash App.
